1. Who We Are

12th Mile Labs operates Nudge It ("the app"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at howdy@12thmilelabs.com.

2. What We Collect

Account info: name, email address, and password (hashed by Supabase — we never see it)
Profile info: first name, favorite sport, favorite cuisine, college team, and sass level preference
Task data: task titles, due dates, notes, punt history, and completion status
Payment info: processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers or payment details
Phone number: only if you enable SMS reminders in Settings
Usage data: how you interact with the app, to help us improve it

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the app
To send AI-powered accountability messages (via Anthropic API)
To send email recaps (via Resend)
To send SMS reminders if you've enabled them (via Twilio)
To process payments (via Stripe)

We never sell your data to third parties. Ever.

4. Third Party Services

We use the following services to operate the app:

Supabase — database and authentication
Anthropic — AI message generation
Resend — transactional email
Twilio — SMS reminders
Stripe — payment processing
Vercel — hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing howdy@12thmilelabs.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of request.

6. Children's Privacy

Nudge It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us at howdy@12thmilelabs.com and we will delete it immediately.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of SMS reminders at any time in Settings

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you via email or in-app notification for any material changes.
