By using Nudge It you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What Nudge It Is

Nudge It is a task accountability app. It is not a medical app, therapy service, or ADHD treatment. It is a productivity tool.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One account per person
• You must be 13 or older to use Nudge It

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the app
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use the app to harass anyone

5. Payments and Refunds

• Pro monthly subscription: $5/month, cancel anytime
• Lifetime Founder: $29 one-time, non-refundable after 14 days
• Lifetime: $39 one-time, non-refundable after 14 days
• Beta users with free access: no payment required during beta

All payments are processed by Stripe.

6. AI Generated Content

Nudge It uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate accountability messages. These messages are for motivational purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Nudge It belongs to 12th Mile Labs. Your task data belongs to you.

8. Disclaimers

Nudge It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed tasks, lost productivity, or decisions made based on app content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting howdy@12thmilelabs.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
